In many parts of the world today,
wars, ethnic conflicts and civil unrests, abuse of all sorts, crime and natural
disasters have left people traumatised. Often, those traumatised are Christians,
and the Church has a clear responsibility to care for her members (Acts 20:28;
Gal. 6:10) Beyond the church, Christians are to be light and salt in the world.
This is particularly important in times of conflicts and suffering.
Margaret hill says “Trauma is the
largest mission field in the world today.” Agreeing with her and being
compelled by love to care, TNI is setting up a TH Ministry to help bring hope to as
many as the LORD brings to our notice, and to train church leaders to give counsel and healing to hurting hearts (individuals and families) in their churches.
Trauma Healing is Scripture-based psychotherapy approach to bringing hope to the hurting and healing to their wounds. Dieun NADAN is fully committed to
becoming a facilitator and trainer in TH. He is undergoing TH or psychotherapy
training with the Trauma Healing Institute at the American Bible Society-ABS.
